bleeding 15 weeks post birth

I've noticed I have light bleeding after exercising. Is this something I need to get checked out? I had emcs 15 weeks ago.

Do you have any pain with it?

A bit achy, like I've pulled something. But nothing I'd really notice unless looking out for it. Will do that. Wasn't keen on making a GP appointment as they're not really experts in these things and tend to fob me off
