Anyone had a nose bleed a few days after giving birth?

Hi ladies. I had my little one three days ago. I've just got out the bath and had a nose bleed which lasted about five minutes. Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure whether to be worried?! Thanks!

I didn't have a nose bleed but for several days I would get blood and bloody clots when blowing my nose. I think it's a hormonal thing as I get this in the early days of being pregnant too.
