Tried Domperidone?

Has anyone used Domperidone to increase their milk supply? I'm contemplating it and was wondering about side effects. I've never had a full supply; I stopped at the hospital, then started again at home, but had to give a lot of bottles. I pump regularly and nurse in the morning and before bottles, but only pump 100 ml in a day for example, and baby only nurses 5 min on each breast before he gets upset.
Would Domperidone be useful for me?

Yes, it helped me a bit but only for a few weeks. I only started in about 3 months in. Some GPs are reluctant to prescribe it though and terms
there's been new guidance on it for BF reasons recently. Dr Jack Newman's site has great info on it.

Are you sure there aren't other issues: missed tongue tie, poor latch, silent reflux? 100ml in a day isn't too bad either.

I used it for about four months. Noticed a slight increase in milk supply and a massive increase in appetite (who knows whether linked though). With hindsight I don't think it was really worth it tbh but I was knackered and desperate! Do you think there's any scope for increasing pumping frequency (double pumping might help from a time point of view)?

Worked for me! On it again as trying to relactate after 6 weeks of not bf or pumping ... I have noticed a slight increase already.

Yes, it worked. My dd also had a tongue tie, which she had cut but I had problems with producing enough, had to top her up with FF as she'd lost too much of her birth weight. I asked my GP for it and took it for 2 weeks, she'd prescribed me more but the MW who was helping me told me to stop taking it after 2 weeks and I'm sure it helped, I'm happy I'm producing enough now, dd is 5 months.
