I think it would be great to start a group for July 03 toddlers - there are few 2003 groups going and they are at such a cute age!
My ds1 has just had his 2nd birthday party yesterday and is actually turning two tomorrow. We were just posed with the situation of deciding whether to celebrate his birthday on the real day AND his party day or just one. We ended up deciding that he would not understand that tomorrow is his REAL birthday so settled on one big party. But now feel that he misses out tomorrow in a way. What have you done and what are your views?
