8 week "contented baby" question

Hello, does anyone know what a standard routine as suggested by the "contented baby book" is? My 8 week old is lovely and sleeps well at night, but with dd1 to look after I'm not going with her natural routine as well as I could in the day and I'm fairly certain it's about what that book says.
A little rundown of times to feed and sleep would be useful please.
I meant to have a look at it when in town today but got caught up looking at the pretty christmas lights instead!

Try posting in the 'sleep' thread - you might get more response as there are some experts there (although people do get a bit heated up about that book on both sides of the camp)! I don't use contented baby book but have had to impose a bit of a routine around school runs on my DS3. He sleeps when I do pick up / drop off at 8.30am, 12.30pm and 3.00pm so feeds between those times. He doesn't have any choice really, poor boy. I have to say I'd rather have a more go with the flow attitude but it just wouldn't work around my other two children. He's nearly 4 weeks old.
