Buggyfit classes

Hi everyone,
I'm starting buggyfit classes for postnatal mums with babies and/or toddlers in Richmond Upon Thames surrey nxt week,if any of you would like more info please email at [email protected]
and also like to know if anyones thinks this is a good idea???

I do buggyfit with Emma Redding the founder in Thame, Oxon. It's fab! good luck!
