ts I think that is a lovely idea, getting a little box.

vg Ihave tried the measuring trick you put up. (which is how I tried to measure before)
it makes me a 32 D. I have tried so many on and and They just don't fit/feel/look right.
I have also tried bigger cup.

Think I do need Bravissimo but it is awkward, as my nearest store is Leeds or Nottingham and I really need someone to have dcs, not sure I dare take them with me tbh.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 14:24

I have only 2 bras now as I binned the rest in the hope it would get my
arse in gear speed up the purchasing.

One is a sports bra and the other is slighlty padded and a bit big.

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 14:25

I also think the idea of a charm for each tooth is a lovely idea, although I was hoping to get away with 10p [cheapskate]

Have just booked my practical test for a few weeks time . Had my first mock test today, only 3 minor faults but 3 serious ones still my instructor was impressed so hopefully I will be OK...

Sazz did you book those tickets yet???? And Loti come come come! Would be lovely to meet you . Is anyone bringing bigger girls or boys?

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 14:29

Also wanted to say thanks everyone for your kind words on our baby impasse I wouldn't want to try until after Christmas anyway so I'll leave it for now and then try and have a sensible conversation about it with DH a bit nearer the time. And if he refuses to have the snip I'm not going back on the pill so if he finds me irresistible it'll be his own fault

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 14:32

Any one else have the problem of constantly going from room to room or inside and out tidying.
I am trying to mnet clean up, sweep floor etc.. and everywhere I turn I am tripping up, moving something.
I have swept and dd has kicked it everywhere while I went for dustpan.

Ds decided he didnt like the biscuit so swept again.

I said dd could help wash dishes, turned around for a split second and she has put ALL the liquid in the sink.

I have to wait in for someone to come view my coachbuilt pram.
Have had over 20 emails so far.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 14:36

Hi hotter xpost.
Good luck with the test.

What time you planning on being at the meet.
Are you getting bus or tram to park?

I think I will be driving to meadowhall and then get tram from there, if they do one.

lucky that would be great if yiu could come too. The more the merrier.
Don't worry I am very shy....

Hotter I may have to fetch Claudia
as I have noone to pick her up from preschool. Did't want her to miss one as they had to peel her off me on Friday. I walked away with a huge lump ion my thoat and tried so hard to hold it together till I reached my car, but suppose it wont hurt.

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 14:39

Yes! Our house is a shit tip cupboardly challenged and it's so depressing trying to make it look nice because I end up just moving stuff around. And that's without DC helping I keep saying I will declutter but never get round to it. Perhaps if I accepted I had enough stuff upstairs that's never gonna make it on ebay and just chucked/freecycled the downstairs stuff it would be better.

Hope someone pays big money for your pram

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 14:50

No1 I'll be on the train and I was planning to get train to Sheffield then get tram up to the museum. I should get to the central station at 10am unless everyone else is coming much later - my trains are every hour. If you bring C I'll bring T, I bet they would get on well

Speaking of which, time to go and get her back from nursery. I was supposed to be using this time to sort out clothes for holiday but I've just been sat on my arse here by the computer

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 14:54

lol hotter I always put stuff on ebay, made few thousand at least. You would be suprised what sells.

So is dd coming?

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 14:55

Sorry x post. ok someone for her to play with.

sequinedsteaknife · 28/09/2009 14:59

Talking of hidying tidying, Mum and I collected a sideboard today. It is for the attic room for my sewing stuff though I have to wait for mum's helpful man to come and help me heft it up two flights of stairs.

In the mean time it is downstairs. Seriosuly we had only had it in the house two minutes and it was already collecting clutter - odd sock, Red direct catalogue, baby's coat and a tape measure. WTF?

This is why I prefer as few surfaces in a room as possible that way you can't just bury them under crap stuff.

I worked out that I have furnished the house for £500 not counting kitchen bits and bobs and the digibox. Feckin outstanding.

Some cheeky fecker ebayer has bid on my bed, it is only at £26 so not exactly breaking the bank yet.

Miamla thinking of you today.

No1 sounds like a successful shop.

luckoftheirish · 28/09/2009 15:17

ok looked at trains... one could get me ito sheffield at 9.45.. what time should i get one back at and also are we all meeting at the station???

also how old are your other dcs... as may give mine a day out

cyteen · 28/09/2009 15:34

Looks like my trains are every hour too, so I can drag my arse get to the station for 10am. hotter can we meet there so I've got someone to brave the tram with?

Good luck with the op Miamla Wishing you a mighty fry up afterwards, to speed you on the way to recovery.

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 16:05

I am LOLing at you lot and your tram-phobia. I know it's a bit wild in South Yorkshire but they do speak English you know just about

cyteen · 28/09/2009 16:07

But, but, but...I don't know where I'm going, what if I ask for the wrong thing and everyone laughs at me?

And to think I sneer when people say they have trouble with the Underground [double blush]

luckoftheirish · 28/09/2009 16:11

right there with you cyteen.. some of us are shy shy shy

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 16:12

Cyteen of course I'll meet you and we can get lost together!

hotterpotter · 28/09/2009 16:14

And you Loti (my DD is nearly 4 btw)

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 28/09/2009 16:36

lol at us all dreading the tram.

My dd is 2.7yr.

Can I just say my dd is doing very well with potty training. Been in pants since Thursday and not had an accident yet.
I was a bit worried when I went shopping today, so took the potty. She asked to go to big toilet though so all good.

cyteen · 28/09/2009 16:48

Fantastic no1, how very grown up of her

We did Muffin Tin Monday for lunch today, it was really good. DS had hummus, shredded beef, frozen peas, blueberries, chopped up potato waffle and chopped up Quorn sausage in his muffin tin and seemed to have a great time picking and choosing from all the different cups

LoveBuckets · 28/09/2009 17:44

So TS why did you have to pull DD1's tooth out then? Was it just bugging you?

I'm off a-uking a-uking a-uking tonight. Trying to decide if I'm brave enough to ask my David Tennant neighbour for a lift there. What if I totally lost it and made a stupid pass at him?

TwilightSurfer · 28/09/2009 17:57

Ya'll are MAD absolutely MAD!!! This train/tram talk is too funny. LOL!!!

Buckets, I popped it out before we left for school because it was hanging by a thread, really. I didn't want her to loose at school...drama, you know. She was very pleased I got it out for her.

Charm Bracelet is ready with one charm preinstalled (sunflower). I have two more charms ready as well (sunshine & bee). I could only afford the sterling silver style but it is very pretty. DH loves the idea because now on she can find charms when we travel or for special events. This decreases the amount of needless junk we could potentially get instead. Total bill today: $79US (bracelet & 3 charms). How many teeth will fall out? She only had 24 to start with??? They don't ALL fall out...right?????
