TS - DD is more than likely having a blast, eating ice cream and enjoying going out with her friend.

Dizz - I am good and to my great relief the smell ofdinner made me feel ill tonight and I have new super norks. Am still refusing to believe it but when we have been to the scan (yes you can all come too ) I think I will feel slightly better.

I am about to wallow in a large bath now and yes wallow is the right word I now have justification for my hippolike behaviour the wind is astounding! oops TMI

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 20:57

I LOVE this if you want to go daring

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 20:58

shall i stop yet?

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 20:58

oops am delighted to hear of the nausea/wind and norks

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:00

bloody hell Sazz - you've seen the nick of my norks they need nothing short of girders made of iron and a vast amount of welding to keep them in check - tis nice though

UpTheRebelLentils · 21/09/2009 21:01

I like Sazz's choice. V. nice indeed.

I kept the meeting to 70 minutes. The advantage of being chair is that you can get home at a time that suits you.

TS-YANBU. That woman is taking liberties. Shouldn't she be using this first run to build your trust? Someone might do this 3 months in, but being late on going on a wild goose chase on day one is poor form.

Oops, good to hear about the midwife appointment.

UpTheRebelLentils · 21/09/2009 21:02

Multple x posts.
I know nothing of norks and girders.

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 21:02

The 3rd one has girders

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:05

Red - not if you're on our playgroup committee where they all sit and eat Tesco finest crisps/drink juice and talk about who's child likes hedgehogs and who's doesn't well done you though!!

sequinedsteaknife · 21/09/2009 21:07

I think I have some girders in a box somewhere...

oopsacoconut · 21/09/2009 21:11

Ladies - that is me for tonight - I am off to catch up on some sleep incase DD decides not to sleep again.

OP posts:
hotterpotter · 21/09/2009 21:12

Sorry ladies, despite showering this morning I'm afraid I smell a bit of sick poor DS honked up some cheesy milk a little while ago and I think some has gone in my hair [bleurgh] He is sleeping again if a little unsettled, poor baby hope he's OK tomorrow.

Am also and that VG said something nice about my prose Ta lovey.

Dizz you could always get the pinky one and cut the middle seam down a bit further to show off your boobies

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:13

steaky if they can fit in a box then they're feck all use to me lol

night oops, sleep well all of you

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:15

oh no Hots, poor I - fingers crossed for a touch of trapped burp and nothing more sinister - am afraid we're dealing with horrid noses and gunky eyes with D so am not holding out much hope for sleep tonight

DH working till 1am and I haven't tidied or sorted for tomorrow and I'm in the cafe volunteering at 9.30 - ever get the feeling you should be somewhere else

oopsacoconut · 21/09/2009 21:19

I was just on another thread and there is a Sassles? I was a touch confuzzed intially and I wondered what Sazzles was doing on a pregnancy board.

OP posts:
hotterpotter · 21/09/2009 21:21

He's got a cold and was coughing so think he just coughed a little too enthusiastically. It's quietened down up there now so fingers crossed he'll be fine.

Am in awe of you Dizzy and Sazz and your loft-free living My house is full of crap things that will come in useful and the loft has Christmas decorations, winter/too big/too small clothes, camping stuff, baby stuff, half my sister's possessions Really I should just burn the lot...

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 21:22
dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:23

tomorrow's appointment come too late has it?!?!?!

am considering a new thread meet up - Sazz I think we'll take it as given that you're coming - now then, who fancies Corsica?!?!

hotterpotter · 21/09/2009 21:26

Me! Me! Me! Corsica is top three of my very long list of places to go when I pass my driving test. I spent two summers there as a teenager with my French pen-friend and it is faberooney I especially remember the cheese with tiny maggots in

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 21:28

LOL hots, no need to be in awe - the xmas decs are in hampers in the hall, the baby clothes are in the airing cupboard and the camping stuff is in the hall, along with half the baby stuff in the hall......are you seeing a pattern

However the 19 items on ebay are currently at £8.24 - 24p more than the fees! We are in profit

dizzydixies · 21/09/2009 21:30

you're going to drive there?!?!? was considering Easyjet but hey, am open to ideas - very you've been I've been desperate to go forever

and we have a shed out the back at holdsallmannerofcrap acts as storage space for us

StrictlySazz · 21/09/2009 21:33

Sorry, don't think i can make that one

sequinedsteaknife · 21/09/2009 21:34

HP are you going to drive there?

Do you like this bedframe?
It looked nice in the catalogue in the shop but now I'm not sure. In my room is a very pretty oak dressing table and chest of drawers.

Still undecided on a wardrobe as only flat pack will go up the stairs. Am thinking on a rail until I can decide what to get.

hotterpotter · 21/09/2009 21:34

I think you would have to hire a car when you get there though, to get to the swanky villa or wherever it is we are staying Flying good but really the way I want to do it is on the boat from Marseilles as that is how we went before and i am a sucker for nostalgia (and a boat trip ) Wouldn't fancy driving to Marseilles though...
