Reflux hell, struggling to stay bonded

My baby has been hospitalised twice in her 6 weeks firstly because of feeding issues and secondly a virus. It has been relentless, I am exhausted. Since Sunday she has just developed the worst reflux, I’m not sure if it’s the tail end of the virus taking its toll or if this is our life now. I cannot lay her flat AT ALL without her spitting up and through her nose which she finds distressing as do I. I started her on gaviscon and lansoprazole yesterday which so far I can’t see a difference. I just can’t believe that this time last week I had a baby who slept peacefully in her cot whilst I could shower and sleep, to now not being able to put her down to the point I’m using the toilet whilst holding her. As we speak I’ve just put her down after holding her for over an hour after last feed and I can hear her spitting up. Can anyone help? I’m going insane

I know all the guidance is to lie them flat but if they're bringing stuff up there's a danger of choking. I made some choices about co sleeping while I was propped a little upright which I won't share here as I'll get eviscerated, but it was the only way either of us could sleep.
