Help - tried to go for a jog and wet myself. I've been doing my pelvic floor religiously every day and I'll go mad if I can't get out for a run soon. What have I done to my nether regions? Is there anything else i can do?

When did you give birth? If it's more than around 6-8 weeks ago, talk to your GP about getting a referral to a specialist physio. If it's less than that, keep up the pelvic floor exercises and things should improve.

Only 5 weeks so will keep up the exercises

Hello i was going to post with the same problem...i can't sneeze or cough at the moment due to pelvic floor weakness..baby is three weeks old and i had a forceps delivery...am now told that this sometimes happens but am going to see obstetric physio next week.
