Baby carrier for 8 weeks old

Any suggestions for a baby carrier for my 8-week-old to use at home while doing household chores?

I'm considering the Ergobaby Embrace, but I’m a bit concerned about reviews mentioning it may only be suitable up to 12 weeks.

Also, if I start carrying my baby while doing housework, will it lead to them wanting to be carried all the time?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Boba bliss hybrid. I used it from birth until about 9 months old. Will be using again this time too.

I bought the embrace second hand and it was great for first few weeks but quickly wasn’t supportive enough for my back for my heavy baby and I’ve upgraded.

that said the embrace is very light and easy to get on so I do still sometimes use it to carry baby for short period of housework if I just need my hands free for a few mins! It’s less bulky and holds baby closer to me than my new one, meaning I can see over his head to do whatever I’m doing.

I would use it again for newborn period for sure, but buy from vinted not new!

Ps you won’t create bad habits. If anything the opposite.

i wore my baby lots initially due to bad reflux, he’s now 14 weeks and will happily sit in his bouncer and watch me, or stare at a toy, while I cook or clean!
