Yellowy spit up?!

Woke up this morning to find a patch of spit up which was a yellowy colour. My baby is 7 weeks old.

He's absolutely fine in himself, no other symptoms or anything.

Has anyone else had this? Was everything ok?

Not had this so happy to be corrected by someone who has but that doesn't look right. Baby is only on milk so spit up would be white.

Call your HV and email that over. It doesn't look yellow to me, more rusty which would concern me.
