could anyone recommend a multivitamin or something that’s suitable for breastfeeding mum’s.

in the shower and whenever I’m brushing my hair a lot of hair is coming out. I already have fine hair as it is!

any recommendations would be grateful appreciated!

thanks in advance!

Sadly vitamins won't help, the issue is hormonal not vitamin deficiency. It will get better. I would just get a general all rounder daily multivitamin

When you're pregnant you don't lose so much hair so it's actually thicker than usual. The hair you're losing now is what didn't fall out so hopefully you'll just go back to pre pregnancy thickness.

I've always taken cod liver supplements for hair. It made a huge difference to mine.
I stopped taking it during pregnancy because of the vitamin A in it. But bless my hormones, I had good hair during pregnancy.

I started having the capsules again 6 weeks after my delivery and i haven't lost any hair. I'm almost 7 months pp now.
Vitamin A helps hair. Check with your doc before you take anything.
