Hello

looking for a little advice from mum’s themselves. My 10 day old DS was diagnosed with silent reflux last night after a choking episode and a trip to A&E, he started to vomit after a bottle so last nights episode wasn’t so silent. He was monitored and prescribed Infant Gaviscon but I forgot to ask what I should do in relation to the Colief I used, so for now we have left it out as it feels strange pumping 2 different things into his milk, the Gaviscon has had an amazing effect already🙏🏼 but we are now left with him extremely fussy and constipated, I know Gaviscon can cause this but the lack of Colief on top is making it worse I think.

I have a HV appointment in tomorrow, but just wondering if there’s any advice on how to help the constipation, bicycle legs is not working, legs up nappy off doesn’t seem to help either, he just strains then cries.

I appreciate any tips and advice❤️

have you tried a different formula? They are all made to the same spec but my oldest couldn’t tolerate aptamil or sma because it made her get an upset tummy, and got on better with cow and gate
