Really sore nipples

Does anyone have any advice on how to heal cracked and bleeding nipples? I’m 6 days PP and it’s really painful!

Hello - I found silver nipples cups incredibly helpful when my nipples were sore, both to help healing and to soothe them. I also got help at a local breastfeeding group in my latch to reduce the problem. Good luck - hope you’re better soon!

Cooling pads, silver nipple shields and addressing the latch and it should all be fine.
