Anyone had a referral to eye clinic?

Just wondering if anyone’s little ones were referred on to the eye clinic after a 6-8 week check with GP? My little one is 8 weeks. We went to the GP and he said he was struggling with the check due to reflections so he’d pass on to paediatrics as they know more about babies. Not sure if I should be concerned or he’s just inexperienced? I wasn’t concerned before the appointment as baby is looking around, engaging and smiling

My daughter has also been referred because I initially pointed out that I thought one of her eyelids were slightly swollen constantly, so they would check to see if it effects her sight. I don't think you need to worry, it's just that they are specifically trained to be able to test for babies which is difficult as they constantly move.....
