Allergy? Why else being sick?

My baby is almost 4 weeks old. His older sister had a dairy allergy.

My health visitor is monitoring if he has :(

I am trying to breastfeed but in all honesty I am struggling and my mental health is a bit wobbly (the all nighters with 2 under 2 that don't sleep is probably the cause)

I started giving a bottle of formula before bed.
1st time no issues, 2nd time a night of severe vomiting even after the 3am breastfeed.
This is what flagged my health visitor and he spits up quite a bit.

3rd time last night quite a few big spit ups till next feed. But not as bad.

His skin is fine, putting on weight. With my eldest her whole body was scabs and she would constantly scream and oh my goodness the poos.

He is really windy and hard to burp could that cause this? Or do you think it is an allergy again?

I don't know what to do, I am struggling to breastfeed and want to combi, they won't prescribe dairy free anything until it's more obvious.

Just hoping it might not be an allergy and resolve itself so wondering on your opinions.

I thought as other mums manage 2 under 2 I would be ok, but I feel like I am failing and just constantly on tears.
