Sorry - need help with info on period !

Hi, my wee one was born on 29th Feb and have had what I think is my first period. Bleeding after pregnancy stopped after 3 weks and this started on Thursday. It's gradually getting heavier, something I have never had before. Sorry to be graphic but am really down with the mess and all ! Is this going to last for ages ? Anyone else ? Sorry again x x

I made a total PILLOCK of myself by going to see my GP under similar circumstances - though with me it was about three months with a bf baby. It was my period. And I was embarrassed not to have realised.

I think you may find your periods are different/take a while to get back to normal - mine are much better now - I used to live on painkillers for a week and now I hardly ever need them.
