Contraception question - Scared about the Coil

Hi,

DS2 is now 4 months an I have still not managed the dirty deed with DH!!!!

First BF got in the way long with tiredness but now I just can't get my head round contraception.

Basically I don't enjoy using rubbers, any kind of pill is a no-no and I have been scared off of the coil.

We were using withdrawl and rubbers before but I don't want to take any risks and end up with Child number 3 on the way - not for a good whle anyway.

Just want to get to get my head round the coil and would welcome any comments or expereinces!

Ive just had the coil fitted a couple of weeks ago, what is it you want to know??

Is there anything I should be concerned about in terms of potential complications, "side effects" that kind of thing.

Just can't quite get my head round having something like that fitted inside me that makes my womb a hostile environment ( as the Dr put it.)
