Newborn screeching and fussing due to cramps in stomach

Hi there, I need to know if I'm the only person who's baby has got really bad stomach cramps she always fusses during sleep but recently just turned 4 weeks and now she wakes up screeching in pain. I thought It was trapped wind but when I see her in pain I can't cope. She also spits her milk out in my face when she has the cramp whilst drinking and starts screaming but then it goes away and she continues drinking. I'm so worried about her, don't think it's colic as she stops crying once the cramps go away but she tenses up, clenches her fists her stomach goes hard and then when it passes shes like a different baby. Any help or advise would be appreciated ❤️

Good luck I hope it helps. I ended up using this for months with my little girl until she was weaned. She's still got a slight intolerance to cows milk now and she's 2. This helps break down the lactase in the milk so it's easier for them to digest. They do sell it in supermarkets too x

If she's four weeks you can try gripe water too
But not along side anything else

Could be reflux? Might be worth speaking to your gp?
