6 Weeks, goes 4-5 hours at night, is this normal?

My 6 week old wants to feed every 2 hours during the day on average, but at night can go 4-5 without wanting a bottle. Sometimes I have to do the waking.

Is this normal at this stage?

Sounds completely normal. I'd say if he's feeding well during the day, there's no need to ask him at night now.

It’s brilliant OP. The actual holy grail.

I agree - this is the holy grail! Your baby is distinguishing between night and day, which is great and longer stretches between feeds at night is brilliant. So long as s/he is gaining weight and filling nappies okay there’s nothing broke to fix here. Assuming the weight gain is happening, I wouldn’t wake him/her to feed. If they start sleeping through the night then so much the better!

That's totally fine! As long as he's above his birth weight and no other health concerns just let him sleep - you'll soon know about it when he wakes up!
