I am 4.5 months into motherhood and I’m having some crazy hair loss around my temples! It’s getting to the point where I can’t wear my hair up because it’s really obvious. My skin is also terrible and having always had good skin and barely any breakouts it’s really knocking my confidence to have such poor skin. My make-up doesn’t sit properly and whenever I do my hair it just looks looks dull, dry and broken. I know it’s all part of the process but can anyone recommend some vitamins or tips to help me? My confidence is just at rock bottom and I dread going to events or anywhere nice because I just feel like I look awful :(

I take a a-z from Holland and Barrett
Along with vit d, high strength vit c and maybe ask your DR for a full blood count to eliminate any deficiencies

I had low iron and folate so had to go on iron tables and folic acid after my child birth in august
9 months pp and only started to feel better about 6 months it really took it out of me

Also eating well - I eat lots of iron rich food and still do now. It's hard having a baby and you need to look after your self from the inside

I did lots of research on vitamins when I was TTC and did IVF and spend hundreds
The Holland and Barrett a-z and vit c are good and reasonable in price as they have offers

Good moisturiser, sleep and I have a facial spray tan to give me a bit of colour ! It's brilliant

Hope this has helped x

I needed a new foundation as my skin is so much lighter and get a hair mask / treatment and have a pamper
It will make you feel better x

Would you be able to share the vitamin C supplement you take? I'm interested due to hair loss post baby.
Thanks
