Hi women and that I hope can help,I am 20 years old I had a baby 10 months ago and I am starting to notice that when I sneeze I accidentally wee myself a little bit I don't know if this is normal but it's only started happening since I had my boy does anyone know why this is sorry if this is TMI thankyouu

Pelvic floor muscles are weakened during pregnancy and birth. It's really important to do pelvic floor exercises post birth and beyond
