it's in Chat

Pesha · 21/01/2008 19:18

POTC - have posted on your other thread.

We had cauli cheese for tea - quick and easy!

Well Dylan now weighs 17lb 13 so I was right with my first guess! Following the 9th line quite nicely so I'm happy. HV was a twat pita and still seemed concerned, asked lots of questions, asked how many othere children I had and came back with the old favourite of 'oh you must be very busy then' ...and neglecting him She talked about his 'big loss' when actually he's never lost weight, he just slowed down alot. And just talked and talked and talked at me, even after I'd told her I should have been at home by then to go and collect dc. I got there at 1.45, got in to clinic at 2.45 and left at 3, dc finish school at 3.10

Still i probably wont go again for another couple of months. Oh except I wanted his length. Will have to get there at 1 next time so I'm first in line when they start seeing people at half 1.

NorthernLurker · 21/01/2008 19:21

he weighs the same as B then give or take an odd ounce. I got no grief from the hv though - do they judge boys and girls differently or is my hv sane or yours a loon??

Pesha · 21/01/2008 19:27

Mine is a loon!! When was B born? I think its because he was born on the 91st line weighing 8lb13.5 and then dropped right off the bottom of the charts. I'm assuminmg she'd like him to climb right back up to the top again. Maia was 8lb at birth so on 75th line and dropped down to 2 nd for a while but has settled onto the 9th line or thereabouts aever since and I think d is the same. I told HV this and she said 'hmm I can see what you're saying' in other words she can see it but thinks I'm talking crap! But I dont care!!!

oooggs · 21/01/2008 19:28

how many weeks is he pesha?

PillockOfTheCommunity · 21/01/2008 19:29

do you think she's heard you talking when you're pissed merry peesha?

OP posts:
Pesha · 21/01/2008 19:29

39 weeks I think. Was born on 23rd april.

Pesha · 21/01/2008 19:31

Are you trying to suggest that I talked anything other than perfect sense on saturday Ellie?!

PillockOfTheCommunity · 21/01/2008 19:35

would I?
please note the deliberate mis-spelling of peesha as it's the only way I can think it as you say it!

OP posts:
geordiemacminx · 21/01/2008 19:57

Evening ladies;

Saw your thread POTC, nothing helpful to contribute unfortunately, hope things get better for you.

Nothing exciting to report here, busy answering ridiculous questions from ebay people "do I post to Malta" "will you swap your breast pump for 7 pristine copies of Beano" "Can I have your pram for free as I am a single mother with no arms or legs oh and if you dont want your car seat I'll have that too" " can you deliver the manicure set to Southampton" blah blah blah....

Pesha · 21/01/2008 19:58

Oh yes I was meant to do a poll wasnt i?!

Ladies how do you pronounce my name?

Is it

1 - Peesha like in Peter or peas or peace

or

2 - Pesha like in pleasure or pressure or pet?

oooggs · 21/01/2008 19:59

lol gmm - ebay half price listing day this thursday

oooggs · 21/01/2008 20:00

peesha (in the world of ooggs)

how do you say it?

Pesha · 21/01/2008 20:03

I say peeesha too! Cos it comes from peter and natasha - dd and ds1's middle names.

Ellie tells me I'm wrong

PillockOfTheCommunity · 21/01/2008 20:05

I have never said you are wrong just ever so slightly misguided

I say it Pesh-A

OP posts:
geordiemacminx · 21/01/2008 20:12

Yep, thanks for that oogs, now I have 11 items on at the moment... still I'm sure I can find some more crap nice things to sell

oooggs · 21/01/2008 20:13

you can't be wrong - you invented it

oooggs · 21/01/2008 20:14

gmm - I have just had a quick look at the things that are already on ebay that I have to sell and they are going for peanuts - if at all - hope you are successful

PillockOfTheCommunity · 21/01/2008 20:15

I NEVER SAID SHE WAS WRONG

I just said that not everyone pronounces it in the way Peesha thinks it, but it looks like me and Dippy may be the minority!

OP posts:
oooggs · 21/01/2008 20:16

gmm - your photos are lovely - especially the black and white ones, I like that last one the best

oooggs · 21/01/2008 20:16

Sorry you're having a hard time POTC, off to find your thread!

I say/think it Peesha

geordiemacminx · 21/01/2008 20:17

Thanks ooggs - actually been meaning to put a few more on, might do that now since dp is engrossed in the footie.

Have to say its pesh-a for me and ogs, although Luce pronounces its oooooogs. Actually ooggs - where does the name come from?

PillockOfTheCommunity · 21/01/2008 20:21

ah, now I do say ooooooooooooggs
