Do I have PND?!

My DD is 4 months old.... I don't know if this is too old to start with PND. I have a lot going on, my DP has aniexty, my mum has fallen out with me and tbh I feel like I'm totally alone

I’m so sorry what you’re going through. I can’t diagnose but you are obviously struggling a lot - do you have any health profession like a midwife, health visitor or GP you can tell about this? I hope you can get help xx
