Help!! My DS is 13 days and going through a cluster feeding spell. I have had no sleep and starting to struggle. BF my DD and got through her cluster spells with cosleeping, napping when she did and lots of sofa time with my boobs out 😂
I can’t do any of that this time as we are in hospital. Can’t cosleep on a hospital bed, no sofa, can’t lie around with my top half naked and when I can get him off the boob and down for a nap is always when the nurses/drs come round to do his obs or give him his antibiotics.
im stressed and tired enough anyway from being in hospital with him poorly but the cluster feeding is taking away the last bit of strength and energy I have.
Any tips to get through this and for surviving hospital stays with newborns would be amazing!!!
