Activities for Babies/Toddlers - Winchester Area

My first mumsnet thread - I’m a little nervous! Grin
A little random but I’m meeting up with a friend in Winchester area, her DS is a toddler and my DD is an older baby, not quite crawling but very busy and engaged! Smile I’m not local to the area and struggling to find a good activity/meeting point. Any local parents able to share their fave haunts? Thanks in advance! Grin

Hi - not sure if I’m too late with the reply. Only been living in Winchester since the start of the pandemic (moved down from London when pregnant) so I haven’t had the chance to explore many places, but I have seen there is a soft-play place. Called Qube I think - have been meaning to check it out. Maybe your friend will know if it’s any good.
Your kids are probably a bit young just yet but Winchester is not a million miles from Peppa Pig World.
If the nice weather holds, there are loads of lovely green spaces to have a picnic with little ones. Or you could park at Garnier Rd, go for a pretty stroll along the river and then visit the Handlebar Cafe.
That’s all that comes to mind. Maybe someone who has lived here longer will know more.
