Poo smells like vinegar!

My DD is 9 weeks old tomorrow.
Since yesterday she has the most horrific sour/vinegar smelling nappies and is pooing much more than usual. Also, her stomach seems to be constantly rumbling and she's feeding more.

She had her vaccinations on Monday (5 days ago) and I was advised there would be a few toxic poos afterwards, I had one poop explosion the following day, but otherwise they were normal until yesterday.

My diet hasn't changed much, just a few extra bars of chocolate and biscuits (her feeding more makes me ravenous)

Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Often when babies are teething their nappies tend to smell acidic.

My mum's just popped round and without me even telling her about her nappies she said that she looks like she's teething the way she's chewing on her dummy.

Looks like she's started to teeth early. Let's hope she's not too uncomfortable. She's definitely been a grisly baby this afternoon!
