Change in formula and watery poos

Apologies for the title thread, but basically that. My 4.5 month olds dirty nappies for the past week now have been green and practically liquid. Just wondering how long to expect this to last and is this normal? Changed his formula a couple of weeks ago and on the second tin now. He's fine in himself doesn't seem unwell, and is actually (obviously) pooing a lot easier now than before. We have switched from nannycare which is goat milk based to kendamil organic which is cows milk. Not sure what to do, starting to worry he may get dehydrated but he is still drinking plenty and has lots of wet nappies. Have called 111 last night for advice but yet to hear back from them (someone is due to give me a call back after providing them with the info)

Any help/advice appreciated
