My baby is 7 weeks old and is exclusively breast fed.She was previously combination fed and had sour smelling poo however not that she is on breastmilk alone it is somewhat acidic smelling.Almost gone of milk smell.
Is this normal?Everywhere I read it is supposed to smell of nothing...

DD's always smelled of slightly gone-off milk/yoghurt. Normal! It is old milk, when you think about it!

Very true.As first time parent i worry about everything!

Is it a new development or a significant change? If it's new, is there any streaking or mucous in it?

Acidic poop itself can mean teething, although that seems young or that there's an allergy to something you've eaten/drunk. Coffee, chocolate, dairy, soya are some of the main culprits.

Today other symptoms have come through...she has cold.Getting her to docs tomorrow
