So is this it now? Am I just going to cry over my child forever more?

Anyone else still doing this? My son is 10 months old and I still randomly cry over various things to do with him. This morning I was listening to Christmas songs and the thought of him being all excited for Christmas in years to come made me burst into tears 🤣

So is this it now?

Mine are 15 and 13 and I can unequivocally say YES!

Yep. It'll be that, remembering the good times when they were happy and everything was lovely and I assume when they're teens, crying for worry.

Mine are at the older teenage stage and I have turned hard as nails at some point. Very occasionally I get a glimmer.

Yes, always make sure you have a hankie on you. Two or three if it’s a Nativity Play….

Oh yes! Especially at this time of year..

I cannot stand reading or watching anything now where children are injured. I mean obviously it was always upsetting but I can’t even read something now. I’m not even a slightly gushy person normally.
