Hi

I'm just wondering how long in peoples experiences it took for your body to return to whatever you would class as 'normal' for yourself?

I felt back to normal about 8 weeks after giving birth. I had a c-section though so that might have added on a bit of time.
However my stomach took about a year. I still looked 6 months pregnant for about 6 weeks after giving birth (c-section). I didn't gain weight anywhere else so it looked a lot like a baby bump. It was still noticeably round and wouldn't fit into my usual clothes 9 months after giving birth when I returned to work. I only got back into my work dresses at about the year mark. I still have a rounder stomach than I did before no matter how slim I get or what I eat/exercise.
