10 days old not feeding well

My DD 10 days old today. For the past 12 hours she's lost interest in feeding - I need to wake her up for feeds and she will only eat for 5-10 minutes. She's pooping as normal and when she wakes up she's alert and her skin is not jaundiced. My mum thinks DD probably settled now after the last few days when she was cluster feeding a lot. I worry she might not be getting enough milk and also about my supply. Is this normal for a newborn and is a 5 minute feed every 2-3 hours even enough?
(I exclusively breastfeed her)

Does she rouse when you pick her up/move her? If she seems more drowsy I would call 111 who will probably suggest taking her to A&E to be checked over (as it is outside GP hours now).

Is she just falling asleep while feeding? Our daughter did that the first few weeks and I had to keep stripping her down to vest or nappy to keep her awake while feeding. 5 minutes at a time every few hours isn't really enough as she will only be getting your fore milk rather than the fattier and more calorific hind milk. They do sleep a lot at her age and having to be nagged to feed isn't unusual I don't think. Is she having plenty of wet nappies (wee not poo)? The weeing is important as this will tell you whether or not she is well hydrated. They should have 8-10 wet nappies in 24 hours at her age I think.

She might just be having a quiet time but from what you've said if it doesn't improve she probably needs to be seen. Hope she picks up soon.

Just an update: I had a feeling something is not right with DD so took her to the hospital to be seen by the midwife. It's now been 24hrs since we were admitted back to the postnatal ward. While there is no real improvement (still very drowsy and not interested in feeding) they took some bloods and will check if there is an infection. They have also started her on antibiotics.
All her parameters are fine, she poops and wees but will only eat when woken up and can only suck effectively for 5-10 mins. They don't seem to be too concerned about that but I honestly worry about her weight - she's only about 5lbs anyway so she's tiny. It's so hard to get somebody's attention here. One midwife was lovely and caring and really tried to help but had 2 meetings during the day so was off the ward and then her shift ended :( we haven't been seen by anyone for the last 8 hours :( not sure when the antibiotics will start having an effect on her , not been told when the blood test results will be back, nothing :(
