Postnatal self esteem

I'm 6 months post natal, and my self worth is on the floor. I know this is pretty normal post baby, but I've had enough of it! I want to start making myself look/feel better and hopefully improve my general mood and self esteem.

What things (big or small) do you do to make yourself feel better with a baby? Make up/clothes/fitness/anything really!

Thanks

Watching with interest. I'm 5 months and feel exactly the same!

@KitKatKong so sorry you're feeling the same!! I wish I knew how to fix it, everything feels like such an effort!

Get into an excercise regime if you have the time. Even if its 20mins zumba online twice a week.

It was long after 6 months but when my 1st DC turned 1, I bought myself new clothes and arranged meet ups with my friends. I started doing little workouts on my wii (zumba) and I just started to feel so much better.
