Night feeds

Hi all, would like the collective wisdom from here as it’s proving impossible to get an appointment with the health visitor. Have almost 4 month old twin boys, they were 2 month premature but we were lucky enough to have got out of the nicu and hospital pretty quickly. We always had to wake them to feed them when in hospital etc and have continued that. My question is when can we stop waking them in the night for feeds? We have stretched them out to 4 hours now but feel they are still sleeping...at what age to people stop giving night feeds? Should we continue because they were premie and are still less than the ‘curve’ of average weights but gaining weight. Any advice gratefully received!

Have they regained birth weight and are putting on more weight? That's normally when you can stop waking them at night
