13 week Baby hate tummy time

Ftm my 12 week baby hates tummy time he always throws up his milk when he put on his tummy, he as reflux which could not be helping, any ideas to help him

My daughter also had reflux so we never did tummy time. Wasn't worth the emotional stress for us.

Another one with reflux who doesn't do tummy time. The HV said it's very common for reflux babies not to like it and said don't force it.
