Hair loss...help!

My little girl is 14 weeks and my hair is falling out at a crazy rate!! I'm really scared that if it carries on at this rate I'm not going to have any left soon! 😢Has anyone got any tips or product recommendations to help with hair loss? Xx

It's very normal after birth. You lose less hair during pregnancy so once you give birth you have the excess to get rid of

No advice here but a handhold. I'm in exactly the same position - DD is 14 weeks and for the last month or so my hair has been coming out at a quite alarming rate. I've always had really thick hair but I'm surprised I have any left given how much ends up in my hands / the plughole every time I have a shower! I'm told it is normal and will sort itself out so trying not to stress over it. It's hard not to though when you feel like you're losing it by the handful!

I know, it's crazy how much keeps coming out, it's constant. I'm becoming really self conscious of it. Was hoping someone could recommend some wonder product to help? 🙈

I've been using Watermans shampoo&conditioner for over a year. It reduces hair loss and definitely makes my hair thicker.
