Postnatal support??

When I was pregnant I did various antenatal courses which focused on labour, bf-ing and the immediate newborn stage. However, my baby is now 8 weeks and I'm struggling with things like sleep, common ailments (wind / reflux) etc, as well as constantly worrying about things like over/under dressing baby for walks etc. But there doesn't seem to be any general post natal/ parenting classes available anywhere, which I feel would really benefit me and DH. Obvs we are FTPs. I feel like i struggle even with basic things. I know there's the HV but other than her (and I'm not really sure what sort of things she can help with) there just doesn't seem to be any support or classes or anything available. Maybe due to covid ? But is anyone aware of anything? Otherwise I'll continue to Google myself mad...

I attended a post natal support group through nct with my first, and a support group at the children's centre with my second (until covid struck and cancelled everything).

I'm assuming a lot of these things just aren't running at all now, as certain things discussed in group could be tricky online.

Have you checked your local children's centre to see if they are offering anything online?

Thanks, yes have checked nct but there's nothing close by. I'd also booked on to a couple of local courses which have been cancelled due to lockdown (rather than moved online)... I guess it is just a sign off the times :(
