My baby is showing the symptoms for teething but he’s only 2 months old, anyone had this before? He was born with two white dots on his bottom gums which I think are his canines but now it looks like the top ones are beginning to erupt already! (Photos attached)

Some babies are born with teeth.

The just look like gums to me, OP. I'm my experience they can start with teething symptoms months before they actually cut the teeth. DD started at 2 months but her first teeth didn't emerge until about 7 months. Just one of those things.

My daughter got her first teeth just before 3 months. Everyone told me she was too young, but I was convinced and breastfeeding had become a bit of a nightmare.
Popped to the breastfeeding clinic literally walked in nurse saw my daughters face and said looks whose teething.
First two didn’t take long to come out.

@Username7521yeah he’s cheeks haven’t gone red yet but he keeps screaming in pain and trying to bite things and dribbling loadsss, plus in the photos you can see the tiny white teeth looking like they’re gunna poke through which weren’t there last week because he’s very smiley and I see his gums everyday since he first started smiling at 2 weeks old and people only believed me once they saw for themselves that it wasn’t wind 😅 he’s early with everything so wouldn’t surprise me if his teeth do come through soon

Following this post, my DD is 3 months on the 19th jan and I'm almost certain she is teething!! Very inconsolable crying/screaming and back arching😩, dribbling none stop and constantly chewing on hands 🙈 I have gone and got Ashton and Parsons but says 3+ months, so unsure wether to use or not xx
