C&G anti reflux milk

Hi all,
We've recently moved to C&G anti reflux milk (advice from Dr). DD (11 days old) now suffers from terrible trapped wind. She was a great burper on normal milk but now has problems passing wind (bottom). Has anyone experienced this? Did you move to gaviscon rather than specialist milk? Thanks!

How long has she been on it? We started it at about 8 weeks and it made her quite constipated for a week or so but once that settled she's been farting away like mad. Might just be an adjustment period?

@Esmeralda1988 She is pooing loads. After every feed! She's been on it 5 days now...

We started this 4 days ago and sorted the reflux issues out! However she now farts like a trooper all day and night 🤣 not sure if this is a good thing or not?!

Thanks. We decided to stop the reflux milk and she now burps great and doesn't throw up much after feeds! We ensure we get a burp at least three times through a 5oz feed, burp afterwards and keep her upright for at least 40 mins after a feed.... Seems to do the trick!!
