Hi all
My son doesn't sleep in the day at all getting a total of 45 mins spread through 5-10 mins of naps daily.
He's fully weaned on 3 meals a day and has a very healthy appetite. He's exclusively BF but I've also tried topping up with formula in the fear that it's a supply issue. He sleeps wonderfully at night getting at times 11 hours straight of sleep. He on a routine where he goes down by 7pm and is up at 7am.
I've tried making sure the room is super dark and quiet. I've tried giving him more food and trying to tire him out more by playing for longer stretches of time.
He's a very happy baby otherwise loves interacting and is smiling and playing all day long. Is it possible that he just doesn't need more any more naps?
It's so hard on the rest of the family because he wants to be held all day long and I have no time for any thing else.
