When to introduce expressed

Hi all

Baby is only a week only. Just wondered if and when you brought in an expressed bottle during the night?

I'm currently EBF and am hesitant to pump because the midwife said adding a bottle could affect DSs latch.

Hey OP congrats on your arrival

My little one is 4 weeks and EBF I haven't introduced expressed just yet because a) I've been lazy and giving boob is so convenient and b) they say you shouldn't before 4 weeks as your milk need to become established

I will bring it in next week though as hubby goes back to work and we'd like to set a routine where we can both feed her individually
