I'm struggling with a reflux baby who is not sleeping very well. She slept fine until her 8 week jabs 2 weeks ago, since then it has been awful, last night I got 2 hrs sleep and I am absolutely exhausted.
She is a very happy baby and the reflux doesn't bother her other than her sleep problems. She is EBF and I'm dairy, soy and egg free and have been for 8 weeks. She didnt get on with gaviscon and I'm scared to try omprazple so working on my latching and fast let down to see if that helps.
How do you cope with lack of sleep and please tell me reflux will get better!
