Best safe Birth control method? IUD?

Hi looking for best birth control method other than condemns and pills, I'm too fertile (planned both kids with one go so I know ;) and just had my second baby and now I'm done with kids and want a best birth control method, your experiences with IUD. Best brands in IUD or any suggestions are welcome. I'm 35 years old. Please help me decide.

I had a copper coil in my pre-babies days, it worked great but gave me v painful periods.

I’d like to try it again now I’ve had kids though - it’s got no hormones, so is meant to be less upheaval than a Mirena coil.

(Personally I don’t want to do anything hormone related again after bad pill experiences, plus I get terrible migraines)
