Sick a lot

My baby is nearly 7 weeks and for the last week he's been sick several times. Sometimes it's quite a bit but other times it's more like spit up.
It's usually a couple of hours after he's eaten but not every day. Would you go to the doctors about it?
I don't remember my girls being so sick.

Some babies just puke a lot. DD started up around 6 or 7 weeks, I’d never had to use a muslin before as she was my first and learnt quickly to never be without one. She threw up at least 3 times a day till she was 6 months and that day she just stopped. Hadn’t started solids yet, she just stopped doing it.

It never bothered her, just dribbled or shot out, so I didn’t seek advice, just sat it out. She’s 16 months now and probably puked 3 or 4 times since she was 6 months.

I’m one of 4, 3 of us never did it, and my sister was exactly my DD. I wouldn’t worry unless she seems distressed. If she’s got lots of wet nappies she’s all good.

Thanks. Yes he has plenty of wet nappies although he's been a bit whingy I'm not sure it's related to him being sick.
The health visitor is supposed to be calling me on Monday so I might just mention it to her then.

Oh that’s good. See what she says but I’m sure it’s just one of those things - annoying and means endless laundry but no harm done!
