How much is too much?

Hi all,
My baby boy is 6 and a half weeks. He's a big boy - was 8lb 14oz at birth and was 9lb 11 the last time he was weighed (3 weeks ago) and was tracking on the 75th centile. I'm finding that he seems to want to feed all the time - he's taking 150ml of formula at a time but it's getting to the stage that we're not having more than 2.5hours at the most between bottles before he starts screaming for another feed. The only exception is at night when he will go from about 11.30 to 3.30. I'm worried that I'm feeding him too much - is that possible?? I'd check with the HV but can't seem to get in touch with anyone - I've also tried texting her to no avail and my GP surgery is closed.
His nappies have also been really explosive over the last few days - not diarrhoea but definitely pretty runny. Not sure if relevant but he's also a very poor sleeper - cries whenever he's put down (again night being the exception) and grunts and squeaks constantly despite being well winded.
Would really appreciate any advice if anyone has any?
Thanks
