My little one is almost 3 weeks old and LOVES to fart. He farts mainly when I am feeding him and they really stink. I often think he's done a poo but it's just his bad wind. He sometimes seem to strain when feeding and relieves himself once he's farted.
He's predominantly breastfed although had a couple of top ups of formula in the early days.
He also seems to poo only about once every 3 days - they look "normal" for a newborn.
He does suffer with a bit of colic I think so i have to make sure he's well burped and sits up a bit before laying down after a feed.
Anyone else got a stinky baby or can offer any advice?
