Weight gain

When I got home from the hospital, I was only about 7lbs heavier than my previous pregnancy weight. However, since then, I seem to have been piling on the pounds! It must be all the catch up with friends that include cake. Baby is 3 months. Realistically, when should I start a diet? I want to do weight watchers again. I am currently breastfeeding. I'm embarrassed that I'm gaining more weight now than when I was pregnant!

Maybe just cut the cake? Easily said I know but you can bring an apple in your bag and just get a drink (or vice versa!) No need for anything as.official as wait watchers straight away. Slow and steady start by replacing junk.

Also walk as much as possible- exercise is the key and will make you feek fit and positive so you'll crave less sugary food
