I think Holly is right tho - as they are making thousands of people redundant as a whole company re structure - I don't think it matters that I'm on mat leave.
The redundancy package is extreemly good tho so not such a nightmare - and I would be able to have a year off with my little fella. The word on the street is that I'll get the 'other' job with a new boss and team which is a nightmare cos I love my current boss and team - we have a laugh!
