We are, however, hoping to go to Bristol Zoo sometime over the weekend depending on the weather.

Why is it that as soon as I start to cook/eat lunch, K wakes up??? Even if she is flippin' well upstairs????

just realized how busy i'm going to be with this job! already feeling guilty. it's not just the job, but i need to start back the phd too. ahhhh...

but have got a haircut last min today

i also need to pack for the w'end and have done nothing!

Wow! It always seems like T can do that, but when we let go his back muscles just aren't strong enough - he gets so frustrated!!
runny, hope you have a good time at the zoo. We're not doing anything special this weekend, just looking forward to DH being off. Might go into town on Sunday, it's lovely and is normally quite quiet - visit a cafe, look through a few bookshops etc.

Totally forgotten everything, but HELLO!!! Just popping on before I start the Dysoning and before P wakes up ... ... She had her last lot of jabs today, bless her - Glad that is over til next April!!

Babysitting for friends tonight as it is their 4th Wedding Anniversary; then they are babysitting for us tomorrow night as it is our 5th Wedding Anniversary .... Copy cats!!

Been working this AM, P woke up at 4am and did a MASSIVE poo - yuk yuk yuk - 1st time she's EVER pooed at night. Am shattered now as she then woke up at 5am and 6am and finally 7.15am when K & S decided it was getting up time .... Yawn!!

LOL @ "7 chins" bumble!! That's my gal!

HV coming this afternoon, going to weigh P - reckon she's about 17lb .... Heifer!!

You must be exhausted CD how do you have the energy?

I noticed Practical Parenting has a baby modelling competition, you can enter online before 31 August, maybe we should all give it a go . Of course I think my own baby's the most gorgeous creature ever born, but I don't manage to capture his cutest moments on camera, too busy gazing at him.

CD, sorry to hear you had a bad night, hope you get some chance to catch up on sleep. I know, it doesn't happen does it?

We're not going away anywhere this weekend, but we are going out for a meal on Saturday with friends and with Danny in tow. S is younger than dp but already has a grown up daughter, and was reminiscing about what it was like on the phone the other night.

And my friend with teenage sons a few streets away has invited us round for tea tonight, I'm really looking forward to it.

Hope everyone who is going away and those staying at home have a lovely bank holiday weekend.

Me too, just changed a poo, gave her boobie, which she didn't really want - put her in her cot with her fave mobile, though she had settled ..... screaming again.

Well, put K on her playmat whilst I had a rare cuppa, went upstairs to put yet more washing out, and have come down to find her fast asleep on it!! Fabulous! I might have another cuppa - live life on the edge me!!!
